Dr. Peterson N. Njeru is a Kenyan educationist, academic, entrepreneur and public-service leader with more than 38 years of experience at the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB), where he rose to Senior Manager. His distinguished career included contributions to national food-security operations and strategic grain-reserve distribution. He was recognised as the *Best Employee (Manager) in the Republic at NCPB.
He holds a PhD from KeMU University, an MBA and Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from KCA University, and a Higher Diploma in Marketing and Ethics from ICM-UK. He has also served as a lecturer at Kisii University and currently provides strategic leadership as Director of Precious Group of Schools, Maragua.
His professional journey has reinforced a conviction that continues to guide his work: every child deserves an opportunity to learn, grow and realise their potential, regardless of their family's financial circumstances.
Through Precious Impact International-Kenya, Dr. Njeru is advancing a vision of education that goes beyond access to the classroom. The organisation seeks to support vulnerable and deserving children through school-fees assistance, mentorship and complementary interventions that nurture their development and future opportunities.
This commitment is grounded in practical experience. Through Precious Group of Schools, he has supported more than 20 pupils to access education without paying school fees, demonstrating what becomes possible when opportunity meets potential.
His vision is to build a transparent, sustainable network of sponsors, schools and strategic partners that helps children remain in school, progress in their education and become confident, capable contributors to society.
